You're welcome sir. honestly, I don't do anything differently than I would if I didn't wear diapers to bed. I've never been able to tolerate any kind of sleep pants or been able to manage without Mutt...

I don't really have a special routine or anything. I usually just come home, change out of my big girl clothes and put on my diaper (I have accidents when I'm asleep...) and the t-shirt I'll sleep in ...
